The Grimes County Republican Party is a grassroots organization.  Our county party is broken into geographical precincts - each with an elected Precinct Chair.  These elected officials, along with a popularly elected County Chair, and a number of non-voting officers, make up the County Executive Committee (CEC).  The CEC works to identify, register, and mobilize Republican voters!
