Joe Fauth III - Candidate Profile

Joe Fauth III is the Republican candidate for Grimes County Judge.

 After twenty-eight (28) years in “Industry”, Joe started his own management development and consulting practice, FAUTH & ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL, INC. His career has allowed him to live and learn the functional areas of manufacturing and operations, sales and marketing, human resources management, training and development.

Joe Fauth was a Management Consultant specializing in organizational learning and people development. He has an extensive training background and has conducted workshops and programs in a variety of areas. Joe has not only facilitated workshops in over forty (40) countries, on six (6) continents around the world, he also taught labor negotiations and human resource management at the college level. Joe also helped companies with their Strategic Planning and Executive Coaching.

On the personal side, Joe is a native Texan and an Eagle Scout. He has served in the United States Air Force and the 147th Fighter Group of the Texas Air National Guard for over nine years..  Joe married his high school sweetheart, Sherry, and they have three (3) adult sons. They live on their working cattle ranch where they raise purebred Santa Gertrudis Cattle.

Recent updates,

Since 2017, Joe Fauth has been serving as County Judge for Grimes County. In November of 2025 he was  appointed by Governor Abbott to serve as a Commissioner on the Texas Commission on Jail Standards for a six-year term. Lastly, Judge Fauth is in his 3rd term of serving on the NARC Board of Directors.
