There is a reason that we support Republican candidates!

Here is the problem - Caitlin Rourk is the dem candidate running to represent Grimes County (and the rest of District 10) in US Congress. If she wins, we get Speaker of the House Hakeem Jeffries and Committee Chairs Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar – that doesn’t sound like leadership Grimes County would support.


Here are a few other things that Rourk supports (quoted from her website) – see if this sounds like Grimes County values to you:




  • ‘Restore nationwide protections for reproductive freedom by codifying Roe v. Wade’: Does Grimes County want a new federal right to ABORTION?

  • ‘Protect the federal role in public education’: Does Grimes County want more federal intervention in education?

  • ‘Create an earned pathway to citizenship’: Does Grimes County support AMNESTY?

  • ‘Restore U.S. foreign assistance funding’: Does Grimes County support funding Irish DEI musicals, Columbian transgender operas, and Guatemalan sex changes? 


It may just be me…but I am a little concerned when a candidate that calls themselves ‘conservative’ tries to convince Grimes County that a radical dem’s ‘views are aligned with items we, as a county, are looking for in a congressional representative.’


Doesn’t sound conservative to me…doesn’t sound like Grimes County to me. Help keep Grimes County & Texas RED!!
